1953 Korean War Ends

The Korean war came to an end in July of 1953. With an overpowering amount of deaths; with a total of 520,000 North Koreans and 415,000 South Koreans dead it doesn't even seem work it. The entire battle started over the North of Korea see the south having a training exercise and thinking it was the south rallying for war. 33,000 Americans died in the war as well as 16,000 UN allied forces. There was also thought to be around 900,000 Chinese life's lost in the fighting. After three years of fighting and so many lives lost the boarder of south and north korea was virtually unchanged. Even though throughout the war the boundaries changed daily.

It just goes to show that a man will take any reason just to kill a fellow man. The Korean war as well as the Cold War were great examples of this.
